1. : Responsibilities

1. :1 • Prepare, cook and store all food items.
   2• Assists with serving food.
   3• Maintain the cleanliness and order of all work areas and ensure that they are not contaminated.
   4• Responsible for the general hygiene in the restaurant.
   5• Inform the direct manager of maintenance problems.
   6• Monitor inventory at all times. And report items that need to be re-ordered.
   7• Responsible for receiving incoming food orders and revolving stock.
   8• Ensure that food storage areas are maintained in accordance with food hygiene policies.
   9• Ensure minimum wastage
   . 10• Ensure that the necessary papers and records are made and maintained according to the direct manager's instructions.

1. 1• Good health. Capable of lifting more than 25 kg on a regular basis.
   2• Must have knowledge of kitchen equipment. Including knife handling and machinery operation.
   3• Culinary qualifications, culinary skills, previous experience.
   4• Good Enghlish skills
   5• The ability to measure ingredients accurately.
   6• Knowledge in public health and safety.
   7• Self-motivated and proactive.
   8• Strong organizational skills.
   9• Enthusiasm and desire to learn.
   10• Great attention to detail.
   11. Ability to work in a high pressure and fast paced environment.
